This position is responsible for the telemarketing requirement, client generation and admin functions of the Sales and Marketing Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To perform telemarketing activities (initial portfolio presentation & schedule appointments of KAMS / Sales Manager)
• To set schedules for KAMs / Sales Manager and prepare Daily Call Reports
• To assist KAMs / Sales Manager in doing Marketing related documents: PCS , JO
• To manage accounts effectively; Do at least 2 field works per month and visit all major exhibits / events.
• To build relationship with internal and external clients
• To inform superior on customer feedback i.e. product improvement and other concerns
• Does admin function of sales processing documentation: Sales, J.O, coordination with various department
• Coordinates with client, Production and Accounting Department to ensure proper flow of documentation leading to collection of all projects per contract
• With a college degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or other related courses.
• Must be patient, persevering, result oriented, mature, aggressive, has a good command of the English language, a team player, and work well under pressure
