Recruiting Coordinator/Admin (Work from Home)

We are looking for talented Recruiting Coordinators to join our rapidly growing team. Successful candidates will be responsible for posting job ads, recruiting candidates, evaluating resumes, facilitating interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills Knowledge of HR policies and best practices Computer Literacy Hands-on experience in various hiring processes is an advantage Ability to learn personality and initiative tests and other assessment tools Familiarity with social media platforms BS degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, and other relevant field Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs Willingness to learn/work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time) Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer Must be residing anywhere in the Philippines. (We are not accepting foreign applicants).

Salary - $320/month

The base rate is $2 USD per hour (NON-NEGOTIABLE), at each level of demonstrated improvement your salary will increase.
