01 Respond to customer enquiries in an inbound/outbound call center environment. Strive towards first call resolution.
Support international customers through inbound & outbound processes. Provide support and assistance over the telephone in a prompt,
efficient and professional manner. Make client feel that they have received the best service at all times.
Possess good knowledge of the organizations products and processes. Maintain TAT for all calls.
02. Adherence to company norms policies and procedures.Adhere to call scripts and bank policy/ procedures.
Prepare daily reports. Meet all performance standards set by the organization. Strive towards attaining higher levels of efficiency
and quality performance levels.
03. Work on process improvement projects and initiatives. Undertake process improvement initiatives.
Maintain adequate product and call handling expertise to perform the job efficiently Work towards developing sound understanding of
work environment and deliverables.
04. Help and guide new hires and junior CSRs to perform their role well. Assist CSRs with questions concerning real time customer inquiries.
